Escrevi este release ainda como estagiária, com autonomia criativa para construir o texto e a abordagem. Ele saiu no site da Prefeitura em 3 de janeiro de 2024 e no Diário Oficial do Município em 6 de janeiro.

I wrote this release while still an intern, with full creative freedom over the copy and the angle. It ran on the City Hall website on January 3, 2024, and in the city’s Official Gazette on January 6.

A pauta tinha alto potencial de interesse jornalístico e gerou repercussão espontânea. Ganhou alcance nacional na CNN Brasil e no Metrópoles e teve forte apelo na Baixada Santista, com publicações no g1, no Jornal da Orla, no A Tribuna, na Record TV Litoral e Vale e na TV Tribuna.

The story had strong news value and was picked up organically. It reached a national audience through CNN Brasil and Metrópoles, and drew wide coverage across the Baixada Santista region in g1, Jornal da Orla, A Tribuna, Record TV Litoral e Vale and TV Tribuna.

O projeto Rema Guarujá existe desde 2022 e tem apoio da Prefeitura. Durante o Outubro Rosa, a iniciativa despertou o interesse da TV Tribuna, que pediu uma entrevista na Praia do Guaiúba para o programa esportivo Tribuna Esporte.

The Rema Guarujá project has been running since 2022 with support from City Hall. During Pink October, it caught the attention of TV Tribuna, which requested an interview at Guaiúba Beach for the sports show Tribuna Esporte.

Acompanhei o secretário de Esporte e Lazer, José Roberto Galvão, e dei suporte à produção da matéria, ajudando a repórter e a equipe técnica a definir cenários e personagens. O resultado foi um conteúdo especial, com abordagem sensível e alinhada ao contexto da reportagem. Depois, escrevi o release divulgado no encerramento do Outubro Rosa, publicado no site da Prefeitura em 30 de outubro de 2024 e no Diário Oficial no dia 31.

I accompanied the Secretary of Sports and Leisure, José Roberto Galvão, and supported the production, helping the reporter and crew choose locations and interviewees. The result was a special segment with a sensitive approach that fit the story. Afterwards I wrote the release that closed Pink October, published on the City Hall website on October 30, 2024, and in the Official Gazette the next day.

O release mostrou a atuação do Procon Guarujá contra condutas irregulares no comércio da cidade. Escrevi durante a cobertura da Secretaria de Desenvolvimento Econômico e Portuário, à qual o órgão é vinculado. Ele saiu no site da Prefeitura em 16 de maio de 2025 e no Diário Oficial no dia 17.

This release covered Procon Guarujá’s crackdown on irregular practices in local businesses. I wrote it while covering the Department of Economic and Port Development, which oversees the consumer protection agency. It ran on the City Hall website on May 16, 2025, and in the Official Gazette the next day.

A pauta emplacou no Diário do Litoral e no Jornal da Orla. Depois do follow-up com os veículos locais, rendeu entrevistas ao vivo e gravada na TV Tribuna e uma reportagem da Record TV Litoral e Vale.

The story landed in Diário do Litoral and Jornal da Orla. After I followed up with local outlets, it led to a live and a recorded interview on TV Tribuna and a segment on Record TV Litoral e Vale.

Alguns dias antes deste release, a TV Tribuna pediu informações e o posicionamento oficial da Prefeitura sobre as obras de macrodrenagem no bairro Santo Antônio, paradas havia um ano. A resposta institucional esclareceu o financiamento e os valores da obra, além da atualização do orçamento, alterado por fatores ambientais, falta de insumos e efeitos da pandemia. Também destacou que a gestão destinou recursos próprios para continuar a obra, já que a cidade sofre historicamente com enchentes.

A few days before this release, TV Tribuna asked City Hall for information and an official position on the drainage works in the Santo Antônio neighborhood, which had been stalled for a year. The official statement explained how the project was funded, what it cost and why the budget had been revised, citing environmental factors, material shortages and the effects of the pandemic. It also noted that the administration had committed its own funds to finish the work, since the city has a long history of flooding.

O tema virou uma entrevista com o prefeito Farid Madi, que prometeu retomar a obra em até 30 dias. A promessa foi cumprida com 18 dias de antecedência, e escrevi o release, publicado no site da Prefeitura em 26 de agosto de 2025 e no Diário Oficial no dia 27. A matéria emplacou no g1, no Jornal da Orla, no Diário do Litoral e na Gazeta de São Paulo.

The story led to an interview with Mayor Farid Madi, who promised to restart the works within 30 days. The promise was kept 18 days early, and I wrote the release, published on the City Hall website on August 26, 2025, and in the Official Gazette the next day. It was picked up by g1, Jornal da Orla, Diário do Litoral and Gazeta de São Paulo.
